What you won't pay for
The usual ways software gets more expensive as you use it.
Defra charge a £26 annual service charge for the tracking service itself. You pay that directly to them. It never comes through us, and it will never be on an Xnet invoice.
Xnet Waste Manager is listed on GOV.UK's published list of software providers for reporting receipt of waste.
Questions about the price
Is there really nothing extra?
Nothing. Every feature on this site is in the one monthly price, for every user at every site. The only other cost is Defra's own £26 a year, paid to them.
What if I only need the waste tracking?
Then that's what we'll set up, and you can switch the bookings side on whenever you're ready. Talk to us. We'd rather you had the right fit than the biggest one.
How does the free start work?
We set your account up with you, and the first 7 days are free. You'll know exactly what you'll pay before you're switched on, and there's no contract after that: cancel any time.
Why can't I just sign up online?
Because we set every account up by hand (your sites, permit numbers, skip sizes and prices) and show you round it. It means a real conversation first, and you never start with an empty screen.
Do card payments cost anything?
Card payments are taken by Stripe straight into your own account, at Stripe's standard processing fee. We don't add anything on top.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export everything whenever you like. You're never locked in.
